BLS training for an education community

A local education training program gives a concrete example of how EMIC supports group BLS instruction and follows up on assessment results.

What the record notes

Learning snapshot

A small, documented classroom snapshot

This BLS comparison uses 7 matched roster records with a completed baseline pretest and an actual online exam result. It is a local assessment snapshot, not a result for every EMIC class.

BLS classes held August 26–September 29, 2026; online exams submitted by September 30, 2026.

Average knowledge-check scores

Paired records compare the baseline screen with the recorded online course exam, two different assessments.

Baseline pretest48.6%
Online exam91.4%

Small matched cohort (n = 7); manual and assigned grades excluded. Different assessments, not a measure of practical skills competency or a guarantee of future results. Figures are rounded separately; the difference was calculated before rounding.

How to read this snapshot

Seven completed five-question pretests were uniquely matched to actual, non-test online BLS exam records. The latest qualifying online attempt was selected per record. Manual or assigned grades and ambiguous matches were excluded. Figures are rounded separately; the difference was calculated before rounding.

A small matched snapshot, not a result for every participant or class. The baseline screen and online exam are different assessments. This descriptive score difference does not establish practical skills competency, item-by-item mastery, certification-card issuance or results for future students.

This strictly paired online subset excludes manual grades and does not display raw learner identities.

The pre- and post-class checks are different assessments. This limited result is not a measure of clinical competence, a clinical guarantee, or a description of individual performance.
